Your New Role
Perform residential HVAC service and repair in Franklin, TN and throughout the Greater Nashville area, primarily in Williamson, Rutherford, and Maury counties
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, thermostats, controls, and related HVAC equipment
Inspect and test HVAC systems and components to identify issues and verify safe, proper operation
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and identify conditions that could lead to future system failures
Assist with residential HVAC installations and system replacements as needed
Conduct heat loss and heat gain calculations when needed to support proper system sizing
Explain system findings, repair recommendations, and equipment operation clearly to homeowners
Present service, repair, maintenance, and replacement options based on system condition and customer needs, without pressuring homeowners
Complete service reports, job documentation, and required system checks accurately
Verify completed repairs and installations before leaving the customer's home
Maintain clean job sites, protect customers' homes, and keep the company vehicle organized
Follow company safety procedures and service standards, and participate in required training and team meetings

3+ years of hands-on HVAC trade experience, with strong residential service and repair experience
Experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing residential HVAC systems
