The Role
AI is reshaping how organizations build, ship, and scale digital products and APIs are the connective tissue that makes it possible. As a Implementation Manager, you’ll play a critical role in shaping you own every customer onboarding and Professional Services (PS) engagement from signature to go-live sign-off: the plan, the milestones, the acceptance, and the moment we can invoice. That includes the work our own engineers deliver and the work our certified partners deliver on our behalf.

Hold Partners to the Standard: Enforce named certified staff, continuity cover and reporting into our systems, escalate inside the partner first, and invoke our right to substitute when a milestone is missed.
Lead the Customer Through Onboarding: Lead onboarding workshops and post-sales review sessions, working alongside the Technical Account Manager who provides the architecture guidance.
