Role Summary The Senior Analyst is responsible for leading complex, customer-facing technical projects from discovery through delivery. This role partners closely with clients and internal teams to define scope, shape implementation strategy, manage day-to-day execution, and ensure successful outcomes across multiple concurrent initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong project management and client communication skills with enough technical depth to support data analysis, troubleshooting, and scripting work as needed. This role requires someone who can confidently lead critical customer conversations, manage expectations, navigate ambiguity, and drive progress in a fast-paced environment. Essential Job Responsibilities Lead end-to-end technical projects, including discovery, scoping, planning, execution, testing, implementation, and post-go-live support. Own customer-facing project conversations, including strategy sessions, status updates, risk management discussions, issue resolution, and executive-level stakeholder communication. Drive project scoping and strategy by translating customer needs into clear requirements, timelines, deliverables, and execution plans. Manage day-to-day project operations, including timelines, dependencies, action items, escalations, and cross-functional coordination. Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to align on goals, priorities, assumptions, and implementation approach. Analyze and validate data to support project decisions, troubleshoot issues, and confirm successful delivery. Write and maintain SQL queries to extract, validate, reconcile, and analyze data as needed. Develop Python scripts or utilities to streamline analysis, automate repetitive work, or support technical troubleshooting. Identify technical, operational, and data-related risks early and drive mitigation plans. Resolve complex issues involving data discrepancies, workflow mismatches, integration challenges, or process breakdowns. Document project scope, requirements, decisions, risks, and outcomes in a clear and organized manner. Work closely with engineering, product, operations, and client teams to unblock issues and ensure delivery.
