Our client, a leading Greek distributor of industrial power transmission products and mechanical spare parts with nationwide presence and strong technical expertise, is looking to recruit an Industrial Applications Technician .
Requirements
Main Responsibilities:
Performs inspections, diagnostics, and condition assessments of open gear systems
Installs, commissions, and maintains condition monitoring systems (e.g., vibration, temperature, lubrication monitoring)
Conducts vibration measurements and basic analysis to identify faults and support predictive maintenance
Installs and services automatic and centralized lubrication systems to ensure optimal equipment performance
Supports lubrication audits and bearing maintenance activities, following structured training and procedures
Executes on-site technical visits to industrial clients across Greece, providing troubleshooting and maintenance support
Delivers technical assistance to the sales team, including product selection, application guidance, and after-sales support
Ensures compliance with safety standards and company procedures during all technical activities
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Master’s degree will be considered a plus
2-3 years of relevant working experience within an industrial environment
Solid expertise in technical support for mechanical products
Vibration Analysis Level I certification will be considered an asset
Ability to travel; a valid driver’s license is required
Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal)
Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite
