Job Description: We are seeking a results-driven Industrial Engineer to optimize manufacturing operations at our commercial lawn equipment facility in Brillion, WI. This role focuses on improving production efficiency, reducing waste, and enhancing quality through data-driven analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lean manufacturing, process engineering, and ergonomics, with a passion for driving operational excellence in a serial production environment. THE DAY TO DAY... Analyze production workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction Design and implement lean manufacturing initiatives, including 5S, Kaizen, and value stream mapping Develop time studies, work measurement systems, and labor standards to improve productivity Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain) to resolve bottlenecks and improve throughput Evaluate and optimize plant layout, material flow, and workstation ergonomics Support new product introductions by designing efficient manufacturing processes and tooling requirements Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to guide decision-making Lead root cause analysis and corrective action efforts for production inefficiencies Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in all engineering activities Train and mentor production staff on process improvements and best practices Manage engineering support for serial production lines, ensuring consistent quality and output Oversee process control and optimization for finished goods assembly, packaging, and delivery readiness THE QUALIFICATIONS...
