About the Role: As an Industrial Maintenance Technician you will maintain A/C and D/C motor control equipment along with install conduit and wiring in a skilled and professional manner. In this role, you will remain current on all ladder logic and instrumentation diagrams while maintaining and understanding process control loops. In addition, you will maintain and troubleshoot combustion equipment and install PLC and computer-based control systems. Responsibilities Maintenance and Repairs: Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks on electrical and mechanical systems, including but not limited to motors, conveyors, PLCs, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems. Troubleshooting: Diagnose issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions to efficiently restore equipment and systems to working order. Preventive Maintenance: Execute planned preventive maintenance activities to reduce equipment breakdowns and ensure optimal functionality. Electrical Work: Safely work with electrical systems, including wiring, controls, and electronic components, while adhering to regulations and standards. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including reading and interpreting electrical schematics and diagrams. Mechanical Work: Maintain and repair mechanical equipment, such as gearboxes, bearings, belts, and pumps. Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety in the workplace. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, spare parts inventory, and equipment history. Collaboration: Collaborate with the production team to address maintenance needs, support continuous improvement initiatives, and minimize downtime.
