Key Responsibilities Support Day and Night Shift Production Operations Ensure real-time engineering support is available across all shifts to maintain production efficiency and operational stability. Analyze Production Efficiency and Manpower Allocation Evaluate cycle time, manpower utilization, and line balancing to continuously improve capacity and resource efficiency. Troubleshoot Production Issues and Line Abnormalities Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and mitigate quality risks. Drive Process Improvement Initiatives Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to implement continuous improvement and enhance overall operational performance. Maintain Process Documentation Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure accuracy and traceability. Support MES System Stability and Issue Resolution Monitor and resolve Manufacturing Execution System (MES) issues to ensure stable system performance and production support. Ensure Compliance with Safety and Quality Standards Ensure all operations adhere to safety regulations and quality requirements. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. 0–3 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, manufacturing, or production environment (internship experience is preferred).
