Overview
Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) has an exciting opportunity for an Industrial Security Specialist, supporting TOS II, at Arnold Air Force Base in Tennessee. The Industrial Security Specialist will work as a member of an integrated team responsible for security programs of the United States Air Force Test Operations and Sustainment efforts.

Job Summary
Provide multi-disciplined security support for Arnold Engineering & Development Complex (AEDC) test programs at all classification levels. Candidates must be self-driven and results-oriented capable of effectively articulating and presenting comprehensive security-based recommendations in support of test and technology projects.
Job Duties:
Provide security guidance, policy development, and oversight for all aspects of test projects, analysis projects, and technology projects. Tasks may include, but are not limited to:
Provide pre-test planning
Create detailed test security
Train project personnel on security requirements
Establish security protocols in work areas required for test
Validate entry authorization
Perform pre-test and post-test work area
Create Foreign National Visitor Control plans as
Conduct personnel entry and exit inspections in secured
Perform classification reviews of
Ensure all materials are properly
Process inbound and outbound classified test articles and documentation
Perform destruction of classified materials
Process documents and magnetic media for accountability
It is a condition of employment to wear company issued PPE (personal protective equipment) in accordance with supervisory direction and company policy.
Audit security processes to ensure policy compliance and quality standards
Performs other duties as assigned by FSO and/or Security Manager
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in security administration, industrial security, or general administrative operations; OR a bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience
Must be able to obtain and maintain active security clearance and maintain authorized user access to the AEDC local area network
U.S. Citizenship is required as a prerequisite to obtain and maintain the necessary federal security clearance
