As an Industrialization Technician , you will play a key role within our Production Team in Gilching . Together with our world-class team, you will contribute to scaling and optimizing the manufacturing of our unmanned aerial systems. Working closely with stakeholders from Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality, you will help transform innovative products into stable, efficient, and scalable production processes. By supporting industrialization activities and continuously improving manufacturing workflows, you will contribute to Quantum Systems’ mission of advancing autonomous aerial intelligence solutions What is your Day to Day Mission: Industrialization, optimization, and standardization of assembly and testing processes for AIR platforms Transitioning new products and assemblies from development into stable and reproducible production processes Creating, implementing, and maintaining work and test instructions in Operations1 Providing hands-on support to Production on technical and process-related issues Supporting prototypes, validation builds, pre-series production, and production ramp-ups Analyzing and resolving process, assembly, and quality deviations in collaboration with Engineering, Quality, and Production Conducting time studies and process analyses to improve quality, lead time, and efficiency Implementing engineering changes in production and ensuring complete and up-to-date documentation Supporting the commissioning, acceptance, and qualification of new tools, fixtures, and test equipment Ensuring compliance with defined assembly, testing, ESD, FOD, and quality standards Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of products, production processes, and workplace design What you bring to the team: Completed technical vocational training, for example as an aircraft mechanic, mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, electronics technician, or in a comparable field Ideally, further qualification as a state-certified technician, master craftsperson, or equivalent qualification Professional experience in industrialization, production, production planning, aerospace engineering, or prototype manufacturing Good understanding of mechanical and electrical assembly and testing processes Proficiency in working with technical drawings, bills of materials, work instructions, and revision levels Experience with tools, fixtures, test equipment, and production equipment Experience with ERP, MES, or digital work-instruction systems; knowledge of Operations1 is an advantage Knowledge of ESD protection, FOD prevention, traceability, and documentation requirements for assembly is desirable Experience with cable harness assembly, adhesive bonding processes, composite materials, or drive systems is an advantage Structured, independent, and hands-on approach to work Strong quality, safety, and sense of responsibility Good communication and teamwork skills, with a strong…
