As an Industrialization Technician (m/f/d), you will be a key part of our Production Team in Göppingen. Together with our world-class team, you will play a vital role in scaling and optimizing the manufacturing of our autonomous ground systems. You will help bridge the gap between engineering and production, ensuring that our products can be built efficiently, reliably, and to the highest quality standards. By contributing to the industrialization of innovative unmanned systems, you will directly help shape the future of autonomous technology. What is your Day to Day Mission:
Industrialization and continuous optimization of assembly and testing processes for Mandrill UGVs and future LAND platforms
Creation, implementation, and maintenance of work and test instructions in Operations1
Planning and setup of assembly workstations, including tools, fixtures, and production equipment
Hands-on support for production in technical and process-related matters
Analysis and resolution of disruptions, as well as process and quality deviations, in collaboration with Production, Engineering, and Quality
Conducting time studies and process analyses, and implementing measures to improve quality, throughput time, and efficiency
Supporting prototypes, validation builds, and production ramp-ups through to a stable series production process
Implementation of engineering changes in production and ensuring complete and up-to-date documentation
Supporting the acceptance, commissioning, and qualification of new tools, fixtures, and production equipment
Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of production processes, products, and workstations
What you bring to the team:
Completed technical vocational training, for example as a Mechatronics Technician, Industrial Mechanic, Electronics Technician, or in a comparable field
Ideally, further qualification as a state-certified technician, master craftsperson, or equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in production, industrialization, production planning, or prototype manufacturing
Good understanding of mechanical and electrical assembly and testing processes
Confident handling of technical drawings, bills of materials, work instructions, and revision levels
Experience with tools, fixtures, and production equipment, as well as their application in manufacturing
Experience with ERP, MES, or digital work instruction systems; knowledge of Operations1 is an advantage
Structured, independent, and hands-on approach to work
Strong quality awareness and sense of responsibility
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to collaborate across departments
Very good German and good English language skills
