You will support network availability, scalability, and security through hands-on configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting across multiple vendor platforms. Your responsibilities will include network design, device administration, performance optimization, cabling coordination, and technical documentation. Working closely with on-site teams, vendors, and global colleagues, you will resolve technical issues and maintain dependable connectivity across the supported environment. This role requires strong technical judgment, ownership of day-to-day network operations, and clear communication. Korean language proficiency is preferred to support collaboration with our global teams. ๐Ÿ›  Key Responsibilities ๐Ÿ“Œ Network Design & Implementation Design and deploy LAN/WAN solutions that meet business requirements for availability, performance, scalability, and security. Evaluate network requirements and recommend improvements to architecture, capacity, and connectivity. Plan network upgrades and validate configurations and connectivity before implementation. ๐Ÿ“Œ Network Infrastructure Management Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, L4/L7 load balancers, IP PBX systems, and related network equipment. Maintain device configurations, configuration backups, and network inventories. Coordinate equipment updates and configuration changes with stakeholders to minimize operational disruption. ๐Ÿ“Œ Monitoring & Automation Monitor network availability, utilization, and performance using appropriate monitoring tools. Investigate alerts and identify potential capacity, reliability, or security concerns. Implement automation to improve routine administration, configuration consistency, and operational efficiency. ๐Ÿ“Œ Cabling & Technical Documentation Coordinate UTP and fiber-optic cabling installations, testing,โ€ฆ
