Instructional Design Internship

During the internship, you will: Learn the fundamentals of instructional design (ADDIE/SAM models, adult learning theory) Practice analyzing learning needs Write learning objectives and structure course content Practice working with authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline/Rise/Open edX) Design assessments and multimedia learning elements Learn how to evaluate learning outcomes and iterate based on feedback English level Upper-Intermediate or higher  Strong analytical thinking  Fast learner  Good written and verbal communication skills  Genuine interest in e-learning / adult education  Will be an advantage:  Basic HTML/CSS knowledge  Experience with graphic design tools (Figma, Illustrator, etc.)  Any prior experience creating educational or training content  Responsibility, organization, initiative, creativity
