Your Role: As an Insurance Product Analyst IV, you'll play a key role in driving profitable growth and shaping the future of our personal lines insurance products and digital experiences. As a trusted thought partner to CSAA’s Digital Experience team, you'll combine deep personal insurance knowledge with digital analytics and strategic problem solving to deliver insights, influence decisions, and improve customer and business outcomes. Your Work: Act as a thought partner to product managers and experience leaders, proactively identifying opportunities to optimize digital experiences through experimentation, behavioral analytics, and data-driven decision making.
