What Role You Will Play on Our Team
The Sr. Talent Insights Advisor will play a critical role in advancing the organization's people analytics and workforce intelligence capabilities. This position will enable transforming integrated HR and business data into actionable insights that support strategic workforce decisions, enhance talent outcomes, and drive organizational performance.
Leveraging the organization's HR technology foundation, including SuccessFactors, Snowflake, and other enterprise data platforms, the role will lead the integration and analysis of workforce data across multiple sources to deliver scalable, insight-driven solutions. The position will help establish and mature advanced analytics capabilities, develop repeatable analytical methodologies, and address complex workforce questions through data-driven recommendations.
This role is ideal for a highly analytical professional who combines strong quantitative skills, statistical expertise, and business acumen with the ability to influence stakeholders. It provides an opportunity to shape the future of talent analytics while developing toward broader leadership positions within HR and the organization
