Responsibilities
Peraton is seeking an Intelligence Planner to support USCYBERCOM J2 intelligence plans integration at Fort Meade, MD. You will employ intelligence expertise to integrate Defense and National intelligence support capabilities into overarching operational planning functions across DoD, supporting campaign plans, deliberate planning, and crisis management. This role requires approximately 25% travel and offers the opportunity to shape USCYBERCOM's intelligence planning enterprise.
Responsibilities:
Integrate Defense and National intelligence support capabilities into operational planning functions across DoD in accordance with JOPES
Support development of campaign plans, deliberate planning, crisis management, and time-sensitive planning
Assist with red teaming and intelligence operations feasibility assessments within the planning process
Coordinate production of National Intelligence Support Plans (NISP), Annex B, and Functional Support Plans
Ensure intelligence planning activities are integrated and synchronized with J3, J5, and J7 battle rhythms
Develop, manage, and coordinate intelligence task lists identifying intelligence support products and responsible divisions
Provide full-range coordination with command partners (foreign and domestic) to inform intelligence Directorate leadership
Manage portfolios of foreign and domestic partners for various governmental requirements
Develop strategies to establish, develop, and maintain partnerships enabling enhanced analytic production
Document Operating Instructions (OIs) for Command-wide programs and initiatives
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with Poly required
12+ years of relevant experience in the labor category, with at least a portion within the last 2 years
Master's degree in a related field from an accredited institution; OR Bachelor's degree plus 5 additional years of senior-level experience (17 years total)
Working knowledge of intelligence planning concepts, JOPES, and IC/DoD classification guidelines
Demonstrated ability to produce timely, logical, and concise analytic reports and planning documents in Microsoft Office formats
Proficiency evaluating and synthesizing multiple sources of information using structured analytic techniques
Understanding of intelligence collection capabilities and limitations
Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with foreign and domestic partners
Willingness and ability to travel approximately 25% (CONUS and OCONUS); valid passport required
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Intellipedia, SharePoint, PAC, BICES, Chippewa, Stoneghost, or Ispace
Background in joint intelligence planning, JIPOE, or operational planning support
Experience coordinating National Intelligence Support Plans (NISP) or Annex B products
