Intercompany Accountant

Cohu is a global technology leader supplying test, automation, inspection and metrology products and services to the semiconductor industry. As a leading supplier of semiconductor test handlers, Cohu has a portfolio of equipment used to automate the movement of semiconductor devices, control temperature during test and provide vision inspection; ensures quality and optimizes yield in volume production. We are seeking an Intercompany Accountant who will be responsible for managing and supporting accounting activities across multiple global entities. This role ensures the accurate and timely processing of intercompany transactions, reconciliations, settlements, allocations, and related journal entries in accordance with U.S. GAAP, company policies, and SOX requirements. The position works closely with domestic and international finance teams to resolve intercompany differences, support month-end close activities, and improve intercompany accounting processes.
