Responsibilities Help organize and maintain operational documentation and process workflows Assist with data compilation, analysis, and reporting using Excel or similar tools Support cross-functional team communication and project coordination Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions Learn and understand operational risk frameworks and governance principles Assist with administrative tasks and general team support as needed Requirements Prior experience or coursework in Business or Finance is preferred but not required Skills in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), AI (Claude, ChatGPT) and Python is essential Good command of verbal, written and presentation skills and confidence in speaking with front office personnel Personality that reflects enthusiasm, willing to work and collaborate with others, energetic and enthusiastic Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously Ability to be disciplined with planning and delivering deadlines Benefits The Environment We Offer As a growing firm with a tightly-knit team, we respect and listen to all our employees.
