This is a paid internship; however, the intern must provide their own housing and transportation. Business related transportation and expenses will be paid by the organization. This intern will work full-time through the Summer of 2027 and part-time during the school year. The internship is located out of our Lakeville, MN; Mankato, MN or any WI office location. If pursuing internship credit through your university, it is your responsibility to consult with your advisor and review the internship's job description to ensure it meets the minimum eligibility requirements.
The contributions you will make:
This internship will lead and/or coordinate projects pertaining to Compeer Financial's education and events programming for clients and team members.
A typical day:
Assist in maintaining Compeer's client facing Learning Management System and developing reports for various internal stakeholders.
Develop e-learning modules consistent with Compeer's brand and curriculum for clients.
Work closely with the events team to design, produce and execute events for internal team members and clients.
Assist with the production and marketing of virtual events and webinar programming.
The skills and experience we prefer you have:
Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited program with a major in business administration, marketing, human resources, hospitality, public relations, project management, instructional design or closely related major.
