The Opportunity We are seeking a Student Intern to support portfolio planning, project controls, and program coordination activities across a diverse project portfolio. This opportunity will provide hands-on experience working with project data, reporting processes, program metrics, and cross-functional business collaboration. The Student Intern will gain exposure to project execution practices, governance reporting, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives that contribute to effective project delivery and operational excellence. What you'll do Maintain and validate project data within portfolio management systems, including Master Plan, to ensure consistency, accuracy, and data integrity Track, consolidate, and analyze key program metrics to support governance reporting and leadership reviews Assist with planning activities and coordination of program-level initiatives across multiple projects Support collaboration with stakeholders across Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, and other business units to promote alignment and project progress Coordinate reporting cycles and standard work activities to support consistent and repeatable project execution practices Identify process gaps and inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance program delivery and reporting effectiveness Minimum Qualifications Currently enrolled in an accredited Engineering degree program Completion of at least one academic term prior to…
