Job Description: YouTube SEO Intern 📌 About the Role We are looking for a data-driven and creative YouTube SEO Intern to join our growth marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for scaling our organic reach, optimizing educational content, and helping Indian students discover our lectures, courses, and exam updates. You will work closely with content creators, faculties, and graphic designers to maximize our channel's visibility and conversion funnel. Location: Gurgaon Duration: 3 Months Type: Internship Stipend: ₹10,000/month KRAs: 1. Keyword Research & Video Optimization Search Volume Analysis: Find high-intent educational keywords using tools like Google Keyword Planner, VidIQ, and TubeBuddy. Competitor Benchmarking: Analyze top-performing videos from rival Indian EdTech channels to reverse-engineer their traffic sources. On-Page Optimization: Write clear, click-worthy, and keyword-rich titles, descriptions, and tags for every upload. Playlist Management: Organize videos into logical course modules or exam playlists to increase channel session time. 2. Click-Through Rate (CTR) Enhancement Thumbnail Strategy: Collaborate with graphic designers to create high-contrast thumbnails featuring bold text, faces, and clear subject hooks. A/B Testing: Test different thumbnail variants and titles on low-performing videos to lift CTR. 3. Audience Engagement & Retention Video Structuring: Timestamps/chapters added to long-form lectures and masterclasses within 24 hours of publishing. Interactive Elements: Cards, end screens, and pinned comments implemented to push viewers to the next video or a landing page. Community Management: Respond to student queries in the comments section to boost algorithmic engagement signs.
