Internal Communication Trainee (100%, Fix-Term 6 months) Männedorf, Zürich Your contribution As an Internal Communication Trainee at Tecan, you will play a pivotal role in supporting internal communications activities, ensuring a steady flow of relevant and engaging content to our global workforce. Collaborating closely with colleagues from various departments and external providers, you will assist in: Responsibilities As an Internal Communication Trainee at Tecan, you will play a pivotal role in supporting internal communications activities, ensuring a steady flow of relevant and engaging content to our global workforce. Collaborating closely with colleagues from various departments and external providers, you will assist in: Collating, proofreading and checking approvals on communications content Creating and curating branded assets (e.g., PowerPoint decks, flyers, visuals) Uploading and scheduling publication of intranet, news and other content using the Asana project management tool Organizing resources and supporting logistics and technical aspects of live video streaming/Teams meetings Liaising with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely and high-quality project execution Supporting internal communication campaigns through active engagement on Viva Exchange and other channels Managing SharePoint content, including templates and performance monitoring, in line with the editorial plan Coordinating logistics for internal campaigns and events, giveaways, printing and shipping       Your background We’re not just looking for hard skills: We’re looking for people who bring their passion and talent to work.
