Position Summary: Analytic Services, Inc (ANSER) is seeking an experienced staff action officer to serve as an International Engagement Analyst , supporting the Department of War Chief Information Officer (DOW CIO) with relationship-building and achieving outcomes with international allies and partners. This high-profile position requires an organized self-starter capable of performing tasks for senior leaders in a fast-paced organization with minimal oversight. This position does not permit a remote or hybrid work schedule with all job duties performed full-time onsite at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Provide administrative, logistical, and analytical support for the vetting, prioritization, planning, and execution of international engagements, including the development of plans of actions and milestones, invitations, agendas, senior leader talking points, briefings and information papers, attendance rosters, meeting summaries, and tracking actions.
Coordinate with internal and external DoW stakeholders on all aspects of engagements meetings, including read-ahead development and distribution and foreign engagement protocols.
Track and analyze issues and priorities across engagements and coordinate progress with internal and external POCs.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures in accordance with DoW-level requirements.
Track metrics and develop methods for improving international engagement processes and outcomes.
Maintain collaboration tools and trackers.
Provide similar support to other engagement efforts, e.g., with stakeholders in academia or with industry partners, on an as needed basis.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Possess an active TS/SCI security clearance.
Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, government, international affairs, political science or other related field with 10 years of professional experience; or high school diploma with four years of related experience for a total of 14 years of professional experience.
Experience supporting international affairs activities, to include coordinating with foreign partners, understanding global policy environments, or contributing to internationally focused programs and initiatives.
Prior experience developing and coordinating senior leader products, events, and / or meetings.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and prior experience supporting GO/FO/SES clients or similar senior leaders in the DoW.
