Open Position : The International Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the International Sales Team to enable revenue growth and build customer loyalty to Silver Oak, Twomey, Timeless, Ovid and Prince Hill through customer service, order fulfillment, logistics, compliance, market analysis and sales support
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate closely with the International Sales Team to manage importer allocations, including order fulfillment, labeling, export documentation, and accounts receivable.

Build strong relationships with importers and serve as their primary point of contact for order fulfillment, ensuring exceptional customer service while respecting cultural norms and time zones.
Facilitate international sales efforts to meet the International Sales Plan, including working with the International Sales Team and utilizing Wine Services data collection, create and maintain a targeted list of key accounts per country .
Coordinate international samples, POS materials, merchandise shipping, and trade event consolidations and execute in a timely and accurate manner
Utilize, update and maintain key information in Bottlebooks.
Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for importers, detailing labeling, documentation, and other requirements.
Administrative and Compliance Support:
Prepare and manage price lists, personalized allocation letters, and importer pricing for all SKUs.
Enter purchase orders into internal systems and coordinate inventory transfers for special SKUs.
Arrange compliant bottle and case labeling, working with in-house teams or outsourced partners as needed.
Schedule shipment pickups with freight forwarders, manage labeling coordination, and prepare export documentation in collaboration with the Operations Compliance Coordinator.
Conduct monthly audits of ship dates, reconcile orders, and handle TTB Drawback Credit Program filings.
Maintain accurate records of importer and sales contact information, terms, commissions, and labelling requirements.
