Position Summary
The Inventory & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, processing customer orders, coordinating shipping and activities, and ensuring products are distributed accurately and efficiently throughout the organization. This position plays a key role in inventory control, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations while supporting high standards of accuracy, organization, and customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Perform physical inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Coordinate, pick, pack, and prepare products for customer orders and internal transfers in a timely manner.
Create and process shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing slips, shipping labels, and other required documentation.
Coordinate shipments with internal carriers and monitor delivery status as needed.
Verify received quantities and inspect shipments for accuracy and damage.
Maintain accurate electronic inventory and transaction records.
Work with internal departments to prioritize order fulfillment and inventory needs.
Maintain organized warehouse and storage areas.
Follow company safety procedures and good housekeeping practices.
Assist with process improvements to increase inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in inventory control, shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, or logistics preferred.
Proficiency with computer systems and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
Ability to operate warehouse equipment as required and authorized.
Salary Description
$18-$22 Depending on experience
