Construction Project Manager – Data Center Projects
Position Summary
The Construction Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all phases of data center construction projects from pre-construction through commissioning and turnover. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards while coordinating multidisciplinary teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Manage all aspects of data center construction projects, including site development, building construction, MEP systems, and commissioning activities
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plansCoordinate project activities with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and vendors
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and delays
Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
Budget & Cost Control
Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports
Review and approve contractor invoices, change orders, and purchase requests
