Job Title: DevOps Engineer / IT Administrator / Network Support Job Summary We are looking for a highly motivated and technically strong professional who can handle a hybrid role involving DevOps engineering, IT administration, and network management. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, server environments, internal IT systems, and office networking operations. This role is designed with: 50% focus on DevOps & Infrastructure Automation 50% focus on IT Administration & Network Management The candidate should be proactive, security-conscious, and capable of supporting both internal operations and production environments. Key Responsibilities DevOps Responsibilities (50%) Infrastructure & Cloud Management Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP/DigitalOcean) Configure and monitor Linux/Windows servers Handle deployment pipelines and CI/CD processes Maintain Docker containers and orchestration environments Manage domain, DNS, SSL, CDN, and hosting environments Automation & Monitoring Automate deployment and server management tasks Monitor uptime, server health, logs, and performance metrics Configure backup and disaster recovery systems Implement infrastructure security and access controls Development Support Support development teams with deployments and staging environments Optimize server performance for web applications and APIs Troubleshoot production issues and downtime incidents IT Administration & Network Responsibilities (50%) IT Administration Manage employee systems, laptops, desktops, and software installations Configure user accounts, permissions, and internal access controls Handle hardware procurement and asset management Maintain antivirus, endpoint protection, and internal security standards Network Management Configure and maintain routers, switches, WiFi, and firewall systems Troubleshoot LAN/WAN/network connectivity issues Monitor office internet usage and network performance Ensure secure and stable internal networking infrastructure Support & Maintenance Provide technical support to internal teams Manage printers, biometric devices, CCTV, and office IT equipment Coordinate with vendors and internet service providers when required Required Skills DevOps Linux server administration Docker & containerization CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.) Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) Nginx/Apache configuration SSL, DNS, domains, CDN management Basic scripting (Bash/Python preferred) IT & Networking Windows & macOS troubleshooting Router, firewall, switch configuration Network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS) Hardware and software management VPN and remote access setup Preferred Qualifications Experience in startup or fast-paced environments Understanding of cybersecurity best practices Knowledge of virtualization technologies Experience managing SaaS/application infrastructure …
