Copenhagen, Denmark About the job At Saxo, technology is our business. Every trade, every client interaction, every product launch and every market opportunity rely on a complex technology landscape operating securely, reliably and at scale. That's where you come in. We're looking for an IT Audit Manager who is curious, challenging and passionate about understanding how technology really works. Someone who enjoys asking the questions others don't, uncovering hidden risks, and helping strengthen the controls that keep a global financial institution running. That’s what we are looking for our work in Group Internal Audit (GIA). As Group Internal Audit, we report directly to the Board of Directors and provides independent assurance on the risks that matter most to Saxo. This is not your typical audit role! From cloud platforms and cybersecurity to software delivery and operational resilience, you'll assess whether the foundations of our technology environment are strong enough to support a growing global business. Many of the IT audits we perform in GIA are General IT Controls such as Access management, IT operations, Physical Security, Change management, Backup and Recovery. These controls may not always make the headlines, but they are often the difference between a secure, resilient organisation and one exposed to significant operational, financial or regulatory risk. If you enjoy understanding how infrastructure and systems are built, controlled, and governed, you'll feel right at home with GIA.   Responsibilities Leading high-impact IT audits across Saxo's global technology landscape. Challenging the status quo and identifying opportunities to strengthen controls and reduce risk. Engaging with engineers, architects, security specialists, technology leaders and executives. Translating technical findings into clear business insights and practical recommendations. Contributing to audits covering cybersecurity, cloud services, resilience, third-party risk, data management, and emerging technologies such as AI.   Your profile You may be an experienced IT auditor, IT risk professional, technology consultant or security specialist looking to move into another role. You'll likely bring: Strong knowledge of General IT Controls (GITCs) and technology risk management. Experience assessing areas such as user access management, change management, IT operations and cybersecurity. The ability to understand complex technology environments and explain risks in a simple, business-focused way. Confidence to engage constructively with stakeholders at all levels. A curious mindset and a desire to continuously learn. Professional certifications such as…
