About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Executive to provide end-user support and ensure the smooth functioning of the organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in desktop support, networking, hardware troubleshooting, and basic server administration.
What You’ll Do
Provide on-site and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and business applications.
• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and basic network issues.
• Install and maintain biometric attendance/access control systems.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems.
• Support meeting room AV equipment, TVs, and video conferencing systems.
• Maintain IT assets, including asset tagging, documentation, and user accounts.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, warranty, and AMC.
• Create, modify, disable, and manage user accounts on Windows Server/Active Directory
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams while ensuring SLA compliance
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or System Administration.
Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Outlook.
Hands-on experience with desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral troubleshooting.
Basic understanding of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, and network troubleshooting.
Experience with CCTV systems, NVR/DVR setup, and biometric devices.
Familiarity with Windows Server and Active Directory user management.
Good understanding of IT asset management and documentation.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests efficiently..
