Who We Are Looking For We are seeking an experienced and visionary  IT Infrastructure & Systems Manager to provide strategic technology leadership and operational oversight for our global IT function. In this role, you will partner closely with senior leadership to define and execute Evora’s IT strategy, drive digital transformation initiatives, strengthen cybersecurity and governance, and ensure reliable global IT operations. You will lead a distributed IT team, foster a culture of innovation and accountability, and enable technology solutions that support business growth and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities IT Strategy & Digital Transformation Contribute to defining and executing the global IT strategy aligned with business objectives. Develop and maintain the enterprise technology roadmap. Lead digital transformation and modernization initiatives. Ensure scalable, secure, and future-ready technology architecture. Drive innovation through the adoption of emerging technologies. Evaluate business-appropriate AI Agents and adapt them for daily use IT Operations & Technology Leadership Lead IT operations across infrastructure, applications, cloud platforms, and end-user computing. Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of enterprise systems. Oversee systems integration, platform management, and automation initiatives. Continuously improve IT service delivery and operational efficiency.
