Overview
Provide comprehensive administrative, office management, IT support, and event coordination services to ensure the efficient operation of the Korea office. This role is responsible for maintaining office facilities and infrastructure, supporting local IT operations, and coordinating internal events and administrative processes.
Responsibilities
Office management
Ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the office
Plan and implement office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
Maintain office facilities, infrastructure, furniture, and equipment in good working condition
Manage office assets, furniture inventories, and related databases
Coordinate and manage relationships with office vendors and service providers
Liaise with building management and security providers to ensure a safe and secure working environment
Manage office-related issues, maintenance requests, and facility improvements
Coordinate the production and procurement of company stationery and corporate materials
Maintain filing systems, records, and company contracts in accordance with retention policies and compliance requirements
Coordinate regular office cleaning and maintenance services
Proactively identify and resolve operational issues
Prepare reports and summaries for management as required
Support other office administration activities as assigned
IT management
Support the smooth operation of office IT systems and infrastructure
Act as the primary liaison with the regional and Global IT Help Desk
Coordinate maintenance and troubleshooting of computers, networks, telecommunication systems, printers, scanners, and other office technology
Support the implementation and adoption of new hardware, software, and business systems
Coordinate the procurement of IT equipment and software
Manage IT assets and inventory records, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Provide day-to-day IT support for local employees and escalate issues as appropriate
Event management
Plan and coordinate internal office events, meetings, and employee engagement activities
Source and evaluate hotels, venues, and event suppliers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality event delivery
Manage corporate gift inventory, including stock monitoring, vendor quotations, purchasing, and order fulfillment
Support company initiatives and special projects as required
