ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a IT Project Manager to join our team.
This role is responsible for leading and managing complex, high-impact IT projects from planning through execution. The IT Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver technology solutions that align with business objectives while ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of multiple IT projects.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and timelines.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to define project requirements and objectives.
Manage relationships with business partners, vendors, and internal IT teams to ensure project success.
Coordinate technical resources and monitor project progress against established milestones and deliverables.
Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders through reports and presentations.
Ensure project activities comply with internal processes, governance standards, and technical best practices.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Prepare and maintain project documentation throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
Work closely with departments to understand business requirements and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
Evaluate alternative systems, tools, and technologies to support business needs and provide recommendations.
Manage third-party vendors, consultants, and outsourced service providers as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing IT projects.
Experience in a healthcare or clinical environment is strongly preferred.
Proven ability to manage complex projects in a corporate or enterprise environment.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
Demonstrated experience in project planning, scheduling, resource management, and stakeholder communication.
Excellent leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present project updates to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
