You will investigate security incidents and tickets escalated by the SOC, coordinate remediation with the
relevant technical teams, and contribute to strengthening identity and access controls across the

You will also act as the local security point of contact for the Austria site, working closely with local IT

Coordinate containment, remediation and recovery actions with Infrastructure, Network, Cloud, Digital Workplace and Application teams.
Document investigations, remediation actions and lessons learned to ensure effective follow-up and knowledge sharing.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of incident response procedures, SOC use cases and detection capabilities.

Support and improve identity lifecycle processes, including Joiner, Mover and Leaver activities.
Implement and maintain authentication and access controls such as Multi-Factor Authentication,
Conditional Access and passwordless authentication.
Support Privileged Identity Management (PIM), privileged access controls and the application of least privilege principles.
Participate in Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations and application onboarding using SAML, OAuth 2.0 and
OpenID Connect.
Contribute to access reviews, identity governance and the secure management of privileged and sensitive access.
Develop deeper expertise in Identity Security and progressively become a technical point of reference for this domain
