About the role
Reporting to the IT Service Delivery Lead, we are looking for an approachable, capable and proactive individual to join our growing IT Team. This is a varied role covering end-user support, business-as-usual IT activity, hardware and software management, and involvement in new projects and service improvements. The role will suit someone who can take ownership, work well both individually and as part of a team, communicate clearly, and follow tasks through to completion.
Responsibilities
Provide effective hands-on IT support across a range of end-user hardware, software, systems and services.
Support day-to-day IT operations, including incident response, service requests, user administration and routine business-as-usual activities.
Build, configure, maintain and manage end-user devices including laptops, desktops, smartphones and associated peripherals.
Build, configure, maintain and manage Virtual Desktop Infrastructure
