The ideal candidate will join our team and support our work by managing our remote workforce and security. Day-to-day responsibilities: Set up User Accounts on MS 365 and grant them the appropriate licenses. Set up the windows machine, install the required applications and add the device to the Azure Active Directory domain. Set up a Mac machine and install the required application. Manage Azure Active Directory and add new users to the delivery applications such as BambooHR, Greenhouse, Slack, ClickUp and so on. Interact with employees to troubleshoot laptop, hardware, software and other peripheral device issues. Must be able to deploy images and software to computers locally and remotely. Effectively manage inventory of laptops and accessories. Demonstrate the ability to identify and solve complex problems independently and multi-task in a dynamic environment.
