IT Support Technician II

*** An active Public Trust or the ability to obtain a Public Trust is required for consideration. *** The IT Support Technician supports the IHS PATH EHR MTK Team. The technician will be responsible for setting up and configuring Mobile Training Kits (MTKs) on location, imaging devices, establishing network connections, installing software, and performing troubleshooting as needed, while ensuring kit inventory accuracy. This role also assists with various tasks assigned by the IT Logistics Manager and collaborates with site personnel to support IT-MTK-related activities. Responsibilities include verifying records, inspecting shipments for quality and accuracy, and documenting any discrepancies. The technician must possess strong technical skills, including hardware setup, networking, software installation, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
