The Director, Supply Chain Strategy leads the strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of core supply chain processes across the North America enterprise. This role owns strategic planning, end-to-end performance analytics, and transformation initiatives that elevate service levels, cost efficiency, working capital, and team effectiveness. The Director drives a culture of accountability, collaboration, data-driven decision making, and operational excellence across the supply chain network.
Reporting to the Vice President, Supply Chain & Manufacturing, this leader builds and maintains a high-performing team spanning analytics, strategic planning, information technology enablement, project management, and performance improvement. The Director plays a pivotal enterprise role by connecting cross-functional efforts across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, Sourcing, and Customer Supply Chain to ensure seamless end-to-end supply chain integration.
This role provides flexibility to work in a hybrid environment of home and our Westlake Village, CA office. (Hybrid is defined as 3 times per week in the office).
Responsibilities
Primary Accountabilities:
Strategic Planning
Set and align the strategic vision for North America Supply Chain with enterprise objectives, long-range targets, and operating model priorities.
Own the annual strategic planning process, governance model, and cadence across all Supply Chain functions, ensuring cross-functional alignment and executive buy-in.
Drive scenario planning and decision-support frameworks that enable leadership to evaluate trade-offs in cost, service, and capital investment.
Translate enterprise strategy into actionable multi-year Supply Chain roadmaps with clear milestones, owners, and success metrics.
Lead quarterly strategy reviews and executive-level reporting to measure progress and recalibrate priorities.
