IT Support Technician (Onsite) - Backfill Location: Amsterdam Employment Type:  On-Call Start Date:  ASAP About the Role Are you an IT Support professional looking for flexible work opportunities? We are seeking reliable and customer-focused Backfill IT Support Technicians to provide onsite technical support for our enterprise clients in Amsterdam . What You'll Do Provide onsite desktop and laptop support for end users. Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues. Support Microsoft Office and Office 365 applications. Configure printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices. Perform hardware replacements and equipment installations. Set up workstations for new employees. Handle basic network connectivity troubleshooting. Escalate complex technical issues when required. Document completed work accurately and professionally. What We're Looking For Required Skills 1+ year of IT Support, Help Desk, or Desktop Support experience. Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11. Experience supporting Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365. Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, LAN). Experience troubleshooting PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently onsite. English communication skills (written and spoken). Preferred CompTIA A+, Google IT Support, Microsoft, or similar certification.
