ABOUT THE ROLE: We’re looking for an IT Systems Administrator to help keep the technology behind our headquarters, engineering teams, and manufacturing operations running smoothly. If you enjoy figuring things out, solving real-world problems, and learning how technology supports an entire business, this is an opportunity to grow beyond traditional desktop support and build deeper experience across systems, networking, infrastructure, security, and business applications. Our environment blends modern cloud services with established and specialized technology supporting manufacturing, engineering, ERP, and day-to-day business operations. You’ll work alongside internal IT, Engineering, DevOps, our managed service provider, and technology vendors, with plenty of opportunity to learn and take on increasing responsibility. Be a primary onsite technical resource for employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, accounts, applications, connectivity, printers, phones, and other technology. Administer and troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, MFA, and user access. Support networks and infrastructure, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, switching, routing, wireless, VPNs, firewalls, and cabling. Support physical and virtual server environments, including VMware ESXi/vCenter and Proxmox, as well as storage, SAN/NAS, and related infrastructure. Help maintain server rooms and network closets, including servers, switches, firewalls, UPS systems, and telecommunications equipment.
