Main purpose of the Janitor role: The Janitorial Attendant is responsible for keeping all areas of the facility clean, safe and orderly on a daily basis. This helps ensure a welcoming and hygienic environment for staff and visitors. Including making sure the janitorial supplies and perk inventory are restocked and stored away properly. Warehouse duties vary per location. Major Responsibilities: Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, break rooms, common areas and warehouse Sweep, dust, mop, wipe down all surfaces, vacuum and fixtures Empty trash throughout the facility and receptacles. Ensure Proper waste disposal. Restock toiletries, break-room supplies, cleaning supplies and break down pallets Follow safety guidelines and company cleaning standards including report any maintenance or cleaning issues throughout the facility Required Competencies: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Reliability and time management Attention to detail Safe and proper use of cleaning supplies/equipment Physical capability Minimum Qualifications: Prior cleaning, janitorial, custodial knowledge- office/warehouse (1 year +) • Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a…
