Position Requirements – Janitor (Part-Time / On-Call) This is a part-time, on-call Janitor position supporting sites across Joint Base Lewis-McChord. Applicants must have availability for both day and swing shifts on an on-call basis. Availability Requirements: Must be available to work both day and swing shifts Must be able to work the full scheduled shift Must be available Monday–Friday Shift Schedules: Day Shift: 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Swing Shift: 4:00 p.m. – 12:30 a.m. - $0.77/hr Swing Shift differential pay If you meet these requirements, we welcome you to apply and invite you to join our team! Tessera is seeking a motivated and reliable Part Time Janitor with a positive attitude. This individual will be responsible for a variety of janitorial duties on an assigned route. Typical duties include but are not limited to: Restroom Cleaning – sanitize and clean all toilets, urinals, sinks, fixtures, partitions, walls & doors. Restock supplies. Office Cleaning – sweep, mop, vacuum according to schedule. Halls and High Traffic area Cleaning – sweep, mop, vacuum according to schedule. Entrances and Exits Cleaning – sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean entry doors according to schedule. Trash – Empty trash in office areas, lunchrooms, coffee areas, restrooms, shower/locker according to schedule. Supply Restocking – restock supplies according to schedule. Dusting – dusting in restrooms, shower/locker areas, according to schedule. Stairwell Cleaning – sweep, mop, vacuum, and wipe handrails according to schedule.
