Skills and Qualifications At Oceans, we believe in T-shaped individuals—those who bring deep expertise in one area paired with broad curiosity across the business. While opportunities vary widely, we consistently look for professionals who combine strong execution with adaptability, communication, and ownership. To excel in any role at Oceans, you should have: Experience : At least 4 years of experience within your area of expertise, ideally in fast-paced, high-performance, or client-facing environments. Communication Skills : Professional fluency in English, with strong reading, writing, and verbal communication abilities. Ownership & Execution : Ability to manage priorities independently and deliver consistently high-quality work. Collaboration : Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within diverse, remote-first teams. Technical & Functional Skills : Familiarity with the tools, systems, and workflows relevant to your field. Mindset : Curious, adaptable, proactive, and motivated by growth and impact.
