As part of our BPM & Low-Code team, you will contribute to Appian-based solutions used in international transformation projects. As a Junior Appian Developer, you will work with experienced consultants and developers, learn how enterprise low-code applications are built, and gradually take on more responsibility in project delivery. This role is a good fit for someone with first Appian experience who wants to grow in both technology and consulting. Primary Functions and Tasks: Support the development of Appian applications for workflow and process automation Help translate business requirements into Appian interfaces, process models, rules, records, and integrations Participate in implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities Support integrations between Appian and external systems Assist with Appian environment setup and configuration in cloud and/or on-premises setups Work together with senior developers, consultants, architects, and client teams Contribute to project documentation and knowledge-sharing activities Learn and apply Appian best practices in real project environments Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and project delivery activities We are looking for:  Up to 2 years of experience with Appian development First hands-on project experience with Appian technologies Basic understanding of Appian architecture and core platform capabilities Exposure to Appian integrations with external systems Initial experience with Appian cloud and/or on-premises setup is an advantage Appian Associate Designer certification Familiarity with Scrum or Agile delivery methods is an advantage Fluent German and English communication skills; German minimum C1 level Java development knowledge is considered an advantage Curiosity, willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset Offer: Compensation package: Our compensation package includes a fixed salary with yearly evaluation and performance-related bonus, meal…
