Junior Art Director

JUNIOR ART DIRECTOR Creative Agency, Singapore -- Our client is an award-winning local agency serving well-known brands across Singapore — think 7-Eleven, MindChamps, AIA, Subway, and more. They're now looking for an Art Director/Graphic Designer to lead accounts, deliver great creative work, and help support up a small junior team. This is a role for someone who can hit the ground running — you'll inherit established accounts, work independently across brand and design, and confidently lead and guide 1–2 junior designers when needed. What you'll be doing: Leading creative delivery across specific client accounts Proposing and executing art direction based on project briefs Maintaining brand consistency across digital, print, and video content Collaborating with vendors and external partners on production Mentoring junior designers as needed What you bring: Proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) Ability to animate and illustrate — motion graphics experience is a plus Comfort working independently and following established brand/style guides Previous agency or in-house creative experience What they offer: Salary: $3,600 – $4,000/month Flexible work arrangements A friendly, no-BS environment where you're trusted to do great work and grow
