About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Executive – Human Resources & Administration to support the day-to-day HR and administrative operations of the organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic work environment.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure across the entire employee lifecycle while ensuring smooth office administration and employee support.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and interview coordination.
Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality.
Prepare HR documents including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and other employee communications.
Support attendance management, leave administration, and employee documentation.
Assist in payroll inputs, reimbursement tracking, and statutory documentation.
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, training sessions, and wellness activities.
Support performance management and probation review processes.
Ensure timely completion of joining and exit formalities.
Handle employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, processes, and SOPs.
Administration
Manage office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, housekeeping, maintenance, and facility management.
Maintain inventory of office assets, stationery, and consumables.
Assist in travel bookings, accommodation arrangements, and logistics for employees and visitors.
Coordinate courier services, document dispatches, and office correspondence.
Support meeting arrangements, conference room bookings, and office events.
Maintain records of office assets and vendor agreements.
Ensure workplace cleanliness, safety, and availability of office resources.
