As our Junior Mechanical Engineer , you’ll build your engineering career by working hands-on with mechanical products from design and prototyping through testing and production. You’ll support mechanical design assignments, create and refine designs, build and evaluate prototypes, and participate in testing activities in our onsite engineering lab. Working alongside experienced engineers and cross-functional teams, you’ll develop your technical skills while contributing to real products and engineering projects. You’ll have the opportunity to learn from experienced team members, take on greater responsibility as your capabilities grow, and see your work move from an idea on screen to a product in production. Assist with onsite and longer-term testing activities, documenting results and communicating findings. Support troubleshooting and root-cause investigations by gathering information, evaluating results, and contributing potential solutions. Work with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to support design changes and product transition into manufacturing. Participate in design reviews and incorporate technical feedback into your work. WHAT YOU BRING A hands-on approach to mechanical design and a natural curiosity for understanding how things work and how they can be improved. Strong problem-solving skills with an eagerness to investigate technical challenges and learn from experienced team members.
