Hatch is seeking a dynamic Junior Port Planner . Reporting to the Infrastructure group, you will support offices globally working from our Long Beach, CA office location.

Qualifications:
Roles at this level are filled by recent or soon to be university/college graduates with little or no professional experience but possessing relevant skills
Preferred bachelor’s or master’s degree in transportation or transportation planning; urban, regional, or city planning; or a degree in civil, marine, or mechanical engineering
Minimum of a cumulative 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale
As the successful candidate, you will:
Apply planning principles to provide efficient, effective, economical, and timely solutions to port planning challenges in multivariable and multidiscipline project environments
Conduct road, rail, and marine operations and infrastructure planning efforts in accordance with transportation planning standards, quality objectives, and client needs
Collect, review, and analyze a variety of planning and operational data to meet project objectives.
