Position Overview: The Junior Product Analyst is an entry-level position on CCM’s Product Team. The position includes assisting in the research, development, implementation, and monitoring of agency, specialty lenders, and affordable housing mortgage products. This role communicates product updates and changes to sales and internal support staff. Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate the creation of, and update, Loan Origination System templates and documents, and internal standard operating procedures.
Maintain existing investor relationships and build new investor relationships which include consistent extensive review of guidelines and direct communication with the investors.
Assists CCM teams with general product and investor related questions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years of experience in the mortgage banking industry.
Preferred experience with mortgage lending processes, including experience in Sales or Operations.
Working knowledge of Product Guidelines for FNMA, FHLMC, USDA, VA, Non-Conforming, and affordable housing structured programs.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
