About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Product Designer to join our design team at Infinite Locus. This role is ideal for someone who is starting their career in product design and wants hands-on experience working on real-world digital products.
You will work closely with product managers, developers, and senior designers to understand user needs, create intuitive experiences, and contribute to the end-to-end product design process.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in designing intuitive and user-friendly web and mobile experiences.
Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Translate product requirements into clear and engaging design solutions.
Work closely with senior designers and product teams to iterate on designs.
Conduct basic user research and competitor analysis when required.
Maintain consistency with existing design systems and UI guidelines.
Incorporate feedback and make design improvements based on user and stakeholder inputs.
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Stay updated with current UI/UX and product design trends.
Requirements
0–1.5 years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
Strong understanding of basic UI/UX and product design principles.
Proficiency in Figma .
Good understanding of typography, color, spacing, grids, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
Strong attention to detail and a user-centric mindset.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
A portfolio showcasing academic, personal, internship, or professional design projects.
Good to Have
Basic understanding of design systems and components.
Exposure to usability testing or user research.
Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
Experience working in an Agile/product development environment.
