Role Purpose:
The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the timely delivery of quotations, sourcing solutions, and customer support. The role acts as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts while collaborating with Procurement, Regulatory, Quality, Logistics, and Business Development teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and develop relationships with assigned customer accounts to support retention and growth.
· Prepare accurate and competitive quotations in response to customer inquiries.
· Source products from approved suppliers and evaluate pricing, availability, lead times, and supply continuity.
· Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best commercial outcome while maintaining compliance with company procedures.
· Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
· Maintain customer and supplier data within company systems and ensure records remain current.
· Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs to obtain documentation required for import, export, and customer compliance requirements.
· Partner with Business Development to ensure a seamless transition of new customers into active accounts.
· Work cross-functionally with Operations, Logistics, Quality, and Finance to ensure successful order fulfilment.
