Interpret assessment results and communicate findings clearly and understandably to students, families, teachers, and school staff. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and academic interventions based on assessment data and students' educational needs. Provide counseling and psychotherapy services to students individually and in group settings to address social-emotional concerns, behavioral challenges, and mental health issues impacting learning and well-being.
